The Hide (Poisson Rouge Pictures & Solution Films) is a feature film adaptation of our stage play The Sociable Plover. Shot at Pinewood Studios and on location on the Isle Of Sheppey, the film stars Alex Macqueen and Philip Campbell. Directed by Marek Losey and designed by Nick Palmer with cinematography by George Richmond and an original score by Debbie Wiseman, The Hide made its TV premiere on Film Four in February 2009, before receiving a cinematic release through ICA and a listing in The Times' Top 100 Films of 2009.
