MORECAMBE is a solo-performance play by Tim Whitnall, celebrating the life and career of comedy legend Eric (and his partner Ernie Wise). Premiering at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2009 and having completed the first of several national tours, the play transferred to London’s Duchess Theatre later that year. Starring Bob Golding, the original production was directed by Guy Masterson and designed by Julia Bunce, with music by James Compton. Licensed by Samuel French/ Concord Theatricals, MORECAMBE continues to play both in the UK and internationally.
